A Green Cover . .
.
indicates that an individual is applying to a member board
for initial registration and has fulfilled the Council's education
and training standards. It is used to transmit an applicant's
Record to a member board with the recommendation that the
individual be admitted to examination by the member board.
The Record of an applicant who has not fulfilled the Council
standards may be transmitted without recommendation.
A Blue Cover . . .
indicates that an individual has been certified by the Council.
It is used to transmit an individual's Record to a member
board or foreign registration authority, recommending registration.
A Buff Cover . . .
indicates that the individual has been registered by a member
board but has not yet acquired the Council Certificate. It
is used to transmit an individual's Record in support of an
application for reciprocal registration in certain jurisdictions.
