Lynn R. Axelroth is a partner in Ballard Spahr’s Real Estate Department, was the first managing partner of its Philadelphia office, and formerly chaired the Construction Group. She represents private and public owners of all types, and lenders and construction industry participants in all aspects of complex real estate development, negotiation, construction, financing, restructuring, building information modeling, and risk avoidance/management. Clients include: a world-class orchestra in the development and management of its new concert hall; a Major League Baseball team in the evaluation, public/private financing, design and construction of its new ballpark and spring training complex; the nonprofit developer and operator of the then-largest regional visitor center in the United States; and myriad financing, long-range planning and development of higher education, health care and research laboratories, pilot plants, offices, condominiums, campus-wide facilities, and infrastructure projects.
Axelroth is a frequent author and speaker, an elected Fellow of the American Colleges of both Construction Lawyers and Real Estate Lawyers, serves on and chaired a number of boards and is noted in many U.S. and International construction, real estate, and business Who’s Who directories.
