running a Windows-based operating system, you may contact

Instructions for Installation

After downloading the file:
-
Important: Exit all programs that
are loaded in memory,
including any programs that are loaded automatically
when Windows is started.
-
From Windows Explorer or the Run Menu,
type in, or browse
to, the location of the file you just downloaded
(ncarb.exe).
-
Double-click on ncarb.exe.
-
Follow the on-screen instructions
and accept ALL suggested default names. (Creating
your own file names may cause problems with installation.)
-
When the setup program asks whether
Windows should be restarted, choose Yes. You will
NOT be able to access the software unless you restart
Windows.
Change to Small Fonts
In
order for the practice program to display properly on
your
computer, it is recommended that your display be set
to small
fonts. If you are unable to do so, the vignettes will
run in large
fonts, but you may encounter problems viewing all of
the
pulll-down menus.
- Choose Start from
the menu bar, Settings, Control Panel, Display, and
Settings. If there is a button labeled Advanced, select
it. Choose Small Fonts, press Apply, then OK.
- Restart Windows
in order for this change to take effect.
