What if I have an NCARB Record, but don't have a username and password?

If you have an e-mail address on file with us, you may still update your account. Select “Forgot Password” under the My NCARB Record option, and then enter your e-mail or Record number. You will receive an e-mail with credentials to update your account and gain access.

If you do not have an e-mail address on file, please e-mail NCARB Customer Service or call us at 202/879-0520.
