Options for Unsuccessful Applicants
If the committee determines in the dossier review that you have
not satisfied your education deficiencies or if the committee is unable to verify your authorship and responsibility in the interview, you may:
- Prepare and submit a new dossier to demonstrate learning through experience in the new process *
- Prepare and submit a new dossier to demonstrate learning through experience in the new process after gaining additional experience and/or education *
- Obtain additional education to satisfy your education deficiencies—this option includes an EESA update and Record evaluation. Please note that all coursework must be pre-approved by NAAB.
- Obtain or complete a professional degree from a NAAB-accredited program.
* If you submitted in the two-part process by 1 December 2011 and are unsuccessful at either part of the process (dossier review or interview) and you decide to reapply for the BEA Program, you must meet the requirements of the new process and demonstrate learning through experience in all remaining deficient subject areas including any subject areas which you previously satisfied and were not verified in the interview.
